EQUIPMENT: 10 Tournament Tables & Nets, Nittaku 3 star Premium 40mm White Balls.
ENTRY DEADLINE: Entries must be received by November 16, 2011. Late entries will be charged $5.00. Entries may be rejected if space does not permit.
ENTRY POLICY: All entries must include payment. All events selected must have different start times. Street shoes, food and drinks other than water are not allowed in the gymnasium.
RULES: All USATT laws and regulations apply including the USATT dress code.
ELIGIBILITY: All players must be USATT members or members of an ITTF affliated association. Bring your membership card or receipt. Non-members MUST join USATT at the tournament (See below for pricing). Players who have never been USATT members may purchase a One-Time Tournament Pass for $10. Ratings used for the tournament will be downloaded from the USATT website on November 17, 2011. Unrated players may enter using an estimated rating but are not eligible for prize money. The tournament committee reserves the right of acceptance or refusal of all tournament entries.
FORMAT: All events will play in a round robin group of three or four players. The player with the best record in the group will advance to the single elimination draw. All matches are best 3 of 5, 11 point games. Final matches are best 4 of 7. The tournament committee reserves the right to modify the format or cancel events due to insufficient entries.
REFUND POLICY: Players will be refunded if withdrawn at least two days prior to the tournament date. Refunds will not be given for any withdrawals after that date except when the player’s rating is too high for a desired event and he or she chooses not to be promoted to the next highest event. No refund for no-show participants.

To select an event, click on the box to the left of the desired event.
A $7 rating fee and $1 PayPal handling fee will be charged to all players.
All players must have a current USATT membership or current ITTF affiliated association membership or purchase a USATT membership. If you need to join or renew your USATT memberships please select the desired membership option.
After you have entered all your information click the REGISTER NOW button and you will be redirected to a PayPal shopping cart. Note: You can use a credit or debit card even if you do not have a PayPal account! (Look for the Pay as PayPal guest option.)
Submit your payment for processing and you will be sent to either an approved or denied page.
If denied please try again with another funding source or wait 30 minutes and try again. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please send an email to us at director@mvttc.net.
