All the players on the reduced table have the same match points so the RATIO of wins to losses is used to compute rank.
Rank 2 is awarded to D, rank 3 to B and rank 4 to F.
If there is a game ratio tie on a reduced table, then the RATIO of points won to points lost is used to compute rank.
If there is a tie in the points ratio, then the ranks are determined by drawing lots. In the MVTTC club setting where points in the games are not tracked the director would assign rank by random number.
